Airlines offer cheap tickets to Guilin. Trains to Guilin you can check here. Train ticket you cannot buy in Internet, only at the Railway Station or in Hotel / Travel Agency. The Airport Bus from Guilin Airport to City costs about 20 RMB per Person and need 1 hour. The bus stops at a Hotel in Guilin and you can walk 20 mins to Railway Station / Bus Terminal or take a Taxi for about 10 RMB. Last Airport Bus is around 21.00. We can also arrange Private Business Bus for you from Airport to Wisdom Inn - so you are faster and more comfortable in Dazhai and need not stay in Hotel in Guilin. The fastest and most convenient way is to take a private
Business Bus. Please tell us number of passengers and volume of
luggage when you book. Guilin to Dazhai and Dazhai to Guilin (2.30hours) 500.00 RMB for max. 4 people and 600.00 RMB for max. 6 people for the Bus. You can choose for example a Hotel or the Airport in Guilin. Dazhai to Yangshuo and Yangshuo to Dazhai (4.20hours) about 700.00 RMB for max. 4 People and 800 RMB for max. 6 People for the Bus. From Guilin Aiport to dazhai its only 2.30 hours by private Business Bus. The prices depends on season and availiabiliy. Its for the whole car and one way. So please email us for actual conditions. You can order for any time like for early or midnight flights. But there is also public transport. There is every day a Bus at 8.30 from Guilin Railway Station direct to Dazhai. Travel Time about 3 Hours - last km on a scenic road with many waterfalls along the river. Price 50 RMB. Entrance fee for Yao Reservate 100 RMB. Other Time you can take Bus from Guilin Bus Terminal to Heping or Longsheng and change there Bus to Dazhai. The direct Bus from Dazhai to Guilin railway station leave every day at 11.30. Please Note - from 2011 there is a New Busterminal for Busses to Longsheng. You can take Bus 91 about 5 Stations from Old Busterminal or 4 Station from Railway Station to the New Bus Terminal beside the LIQ-Brewerie. The connection via Heping is faster, but you have to wait for the connection-Bus on the Road. In Longsheng you have a Bus Terminal. The Bus drive ends at Dazhai Parking space and Dazhai Gate - here your tickets for Yao-Reservate will be checked again, from there its about 5 min flat walk to Dazhai center. You can also rent a porter (mostly yao lady in traditional dress with a basket on her back) for your luggage (about 10-50 RMB) and also you can rent a Porter for yourself (about 180 RMB). Wisdom Inn is on same altitude then the Bus Station, so you dont need to climb up the mountain like for the other Hotels in Dazhai. |

| Note, that in Dazhai is no ATM (cashmachine), Bank or
Postoffice. Wisdom Inn accept all major creditcards - except
American Express. So take
enough cash with you. Nearest City with this services is Longsheng (1 hour by Bus). |

| Travelling from Hong Kong. If you come from overseas,
for example from Europe a good Airport is Hong Kong to come
to Dazhai. You buy a Hong Kong Kong Airport at ground level
the Octopussy Card for 100 HKD. enough money to go China and
back. From Airport you take Bus A42 to final station and
then you go one station by subway to Lo Wu. From Lo Wu you
can walk easy to Shenzhen - Lou Hu (in chinese little
different writing then in Hongkong) over the chinese Border.
You need to have a visa. If you arrive before lunch time you
can also get a visa at the border - but sometimes regulation
changes - so better to have a Visa in advance. In Shenzhen
you can get Chinese money by ATM and buy a Sim Card for your
mobile - best is China Mobile. From Lou Hu you can take a sleeper Bus to Guilin or Yangshou for about 200 RMB, you can take the T38 train for
about 350 RMB to Guilin at 17.51 or take a flight for about 500 RMB
to Guilin. The Subway leave from Lou Hu, takes about 69
minutes - price 9 RMB. We recommend you book a flight
some weeks / days before via
